Cate's 5th Birthday!!

Cate celebrated her fifth birthday today. I can hardly believe this day is already here! She had a great day with family here to celebrate too! We feel so blessed to get to have so many family gatherings this year. Happy birthday Cate!!

A Trip to Woodland Park Zoo

The kiddos got a behind the scenes tour at the zoo today. We were celebrating tutu's birthday with Dr. Ken. The girls were lucky enough to see where the animals go when they are sick and to feed the animals up close. So much fun. Thanks tutu and Dr. Ken!!

Great Wolf Lodge

We took a trip to the great Wolf Lodge this weekend. The girls loved it, Ben was in awe and Chris and I are tired!!! It was really busy and full of kids. Imagine that. The wave pool was a big hit with girls. Cate enjoyed the kiddie areas and Ben loved it all!! Ellie rode the big kid slide and screamed the whole time. Chris thought it was an instant mistake but she asked to go again and we think a thrill seeker was born. She may look like me but she gets that from her dad!! What a great place to bond and become exhausted together!

We took a day trip to Ocean Shores on the Washington Coast today. The weather was beautiful and we were all needing an ocean fix. Cate has been missing the ocean and LOVED playing in the freezing water!!! Ben is 14 months old now and into everything. He loved trying to eat the sand and splash in the water.

Cate finished up her first soccer season this month. She did a great job and really got into it. She was one of two girls on the team. Her coach was wonderful and she is really excited for spring soccer!
